A: Court Safe chooses Integral Skin Foam for its tennis court padding because it offers superior durability, safety, and comfort compared to traditional sponge wrapped in PVC. Integral Skin Foam features a dense, seamless outer layer that resists tears, abrasions, and environmental damage, ensuring long-lasting protection on the court. Unlike PVC-wrapped sponge, which can degrade and peel over time, Integral Skin Foam maintains its structural integrity, providing consistent cushioning to absorb impact and reduce injury risk. This material also offers better resistance to moisture and UV exposure, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor tennis courts. By using Integral Skin Foam, Court Safe ensures that players enjoy a safer playing environment with reliable, high-quality padding that aligns with our commitment to safe courts and happy players.
A: At Court Safe, we prioritize player safety and court durability by using high-quality Integral Skin Foam padding in our protective court gear. This type of foam padding is designed for exceptional resilience and longevity, typically lasting between 5 to 7 years under normal use conditions. Its durable closed-cell structure resists cracking, moisture absorption, and degradation from UV exposure, ensuring consistent shock absorption and protection over time. Proper maintenance and regular inspections can help extend the padding’s lifespan, keeping courts safe and players happy for many seasons.
A: Unfortunately not yet. Luckily for us, the majority of net posts in the UK have a square/rectangular design with very similar dimensions, which we do cater for. We are currently developing our padding to also fit circular shaped net posts. If you have circular net posts and wish to install our padding, please drop us an email and we will be in touch once we have completed development.
A: We have designed our padding to slide on to your net post like a glove, just slide it on from the top and that's it. However for the best fit, we recommend that you install the net in the correct way. To many strings wrapped around the net post can effect our pads fit to the post.
A: Unfortunately not yet. We are working on incorporating all types of scoreboards, however we can only cater for one type at the moment. Please see the picture below to see which scoreboards we do and do not cater for.
A: Court Safe offers a program designed to provide tennis clubs with protective court padding at no cost. To do so, a recognised staff member of the club must fill out a form for us to gain certain data on your clubs membership numbers and footfall figures. We then take that data to potential sponsors and let you know once successful. We do all the work, however this process can take longer.
A: In order to receive a quote or place an order please email us through the 'Contact Us' page and will be more than happy to send over all the information required.
